This is a meticulous, ground-up rebuild of a classic API 44 × 24 × 40 recording and mixing console — the same lineage of desks that shaped the sound of countless records. Every module has been removed, inspected, recapped and re-aligned by our bench technicians, then reassembled into a fully functional, studio-ready console.
Originally pulled from a decommissioned Nashville tracking room, the desk keeps its original frame and patchbay while receiving a complete electronic refresh. It is ready to drop into a working studio today.
